LSDF Invention Reports

Welcome to the Invention Reports Web Tool. You will use this tool to provide information on any inventions that resulted from LSDF grants. You will only need to create one report per invention, and maintain it until the invention is no longer being actively managed or the grant payback requirement to LSDF has been fulfilled.

Invention reports are submitted to LSDF at six month intervals, beginning with receipt of an invention disclosure. Clicking the submit button at the end of the report will send LSDF your initial report or latest update. Please do not send updates at intervals less than six months.

On the right you will find a list of invention reports related to any grants that you have been provided access to by LSDF. You may make changes to individual reports as often as you like. In addition to saving the most recent responses, this web tool will maintain a revision history of each report.

At the bottom of this page you may create a new invention report for any grants assigned to you.
