Personal
A lifelong resident of Benton County, Sen. Delvin is an avid backpacker, downhill skier and mountain climber. He was part of the 2002 American expedition that climbed Manaslu, Nepalese Himalayas, the world's 8th highest peak. He and his wife, Josie, live in Richland.
